The Effects of the Yukmigihwang-tang(added)on the Bone Morphogenesis OTN and BMP2 through RT-PCR

Abstract
|
|
|
We studied the effects of the Yukmigihwang-tang(added) on the bone morphogenesis such as OTN and BMP2 which are engaged in bone formation. The results of RT-PCR data are as follows.
1. BMP2 gene of HOS-TE85 cell lines were accelerated about 50% as cultivated in 0.5% solution.
2. OTN gene of MG-63 cell lines were accelerated about 20% as cultivated in 0.01% solution.
3. OTN gene and BMP2 gene of KG-1 cell are generally accelerated in various condition.
